If you don’t remember your username, you can log in by entering your email address, in the “Username or Email” field.
Alternatively, you can log in using your MitID.
If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot your password? Click here” on the login page and provide the following details:
- Your registered mobile number (ensure there are no spaces before or after the number, as this will make it invalid)
- Your date of birth
After completing these steps, you will receive an OTP on your mobile, which you can use to update your password.
