Usually, most accounts are verified automatically when registered with MitID and no further actions are needed. However, in case the MitID verification failed or you are under anonymization, you will have to send us verification documents as described in How to verify my identity article.
Document validation is carried out as soon as possible by the Identity Verification Department (KYC).
You will be able to review the progress of your uploaded documents from My Account → Profile → Verification Process. This way you can ensure at any time that your documents are in order.
