MitID is our default method of ID Verification and it happens upon registration so in most cases, nothing is required from your side. You can confirm your status by visiting My Account → Profile → Verification Process.
However, if the MitID verification failed or you are under anonymization, you will receive the relevant pop-up message that will lead you to manual verification. If you don't meet the messages below, your account should be verified already and no action is required from your side.
You won't be able to use our services if your account is not verified. You can check it by visiting My Account → Profile → Verification Process.
Here is how you can verify your identity manually - When requested

Document Upload
- If the verification through MitID fails, then you will need to upload one of the acceptable identification documents:
- A residence permit that was issued in DK
- Any Passport
- Any Identity card - (Only for non-Danish Nationals)
- Any Driving license
- Make sure the documents you upload are photographed or scanned with all four corners visible, authentic (issued by a federal, provincial, or territorial government), valid (unaltered), and current (not expired)
- If the verification through MitID fails, then you will need to upload one of the acceptable identification documents:
To upload your documents, please log in to My Account → Profile → Verification Process and click on Select Document Type→ Other Documents.
You will be notified by the relevant department as soon as possible when the documents have been evaluated. Please note that you will not be able to engage in any betting/gambling activity if your account is not verified.
